I've been learning to work in digital since moving to Seattle, although I have to say it is just so that I know how, I will probably always stick to film in some aspect and am looking to purchase another good film camera sometime in the next few months I hope! But I thought that by switching to digital I would be able to output my images more quickly than I did with film, but I have found that the problem is with me and not the format. As often as I have had unscanned film, or scanned files sitting around unfinished, I have just as many digital files doing the same. I shoot all the time, but do nothing with the images, unless I have a deadline. I think I've just been making editing seem harder to me than it is.So the other day I did a photoshoot with my roommate Sarah, and forced myself to edit them right away. It was refreshing. So hopefully that will start to become a more regular occurance for me. Here are a few of the results...feel free to give me constructive critique, I'm always looking to grow!

i love them vanja!
you make me want to
take photo's!
LOVELY! I'm starting to write a couple hours in the morning before work. It helps to set a schedule and stick to it, at least for me. Maybe having a designated time for you to edit will help you stay on the ball. :-) Gorgeous snaps, Vanja!
vanja! these are awesome! I agree with karli, the closeup with all the colors is great! The last one is my favorite. I think the vignetting could be reduced on the last one and the other long shot. It's really great to see recent work from you =)
